Sound Quality: Very good soundboard. There is high frequency distortion is present on Disc 1, but it is barely audible. Unfortunately, this distortion increases on Disc 2. This interference is generally only noticeable between songs and during "breaks in the action". Perhaps it would be more enjoyable on speakers than with headphones. Otherwise, this is a truly excellent recording. Comments: © "FLOM - A Guide To U2 Bootleg CDs" / Sascha Kremer: An excellent early concert from the indoor stage of the ZOO TV Tour. The packaging says only "Recorded live In Europe during '92 world tour", but enough other boots of this concert exist to easily pin this one down. Tracks 11 and 12 are not contained on other boots of this concert thus, their origin is unknown. The covers of "Dancing Queen" and "Stand By Me" on this set are complete and well done. This bootleg is very enjoyable and recommended. Truly one of the best early ZOO TV Tour bootlegs in circulation, in my opinion. This concert (minus tracks 11 and 12 on Disc 2) is also available on other labels as AM ZOO, THE REAL THING and UNTIL THE END OF THE WORLD. | |
